Black Wolf Policies & Regulations

Black Wolf Endurance, LLC holds the following regulations, standards, policies, and expectations for all events and races.

Registration Deadlines:

Race registrations will close one (1) week prior to event
Guaranteed T-shirt/Swag deadlines are one (1) month prior to registration close.
No late registrations allowed unless approved by the RD.
Unless otherwise noted, there is no race day registration.

Refunds/Deferrals:

2 months prior to race day, 50% refund or deferral to next year's race.
1 month prior to race day, 25% refund or deferral to next year's race.
2 weeks prior to race day, deferral to next year's race only.
Less than 2 weeks prior to race day, NO refunds or deferrals.
Absolutely NO bib/participant transfers allowed.
Please contact us for military or pregnancy exceptions.

Sportsmanship:

Our race team, volunteers, medics and other support personnel are giving their time on race day to help you. They deserve your respect and kindness always, no matter what kind of race day you are having.
Any participant who harasses, verbally or otherwise, our race staff, volunteers, and/or other participants will be automatically disqualified from the event and must submit a petition to register for any future events.

Exclusions:

Unless otherwise stated, all events are runner/walker ONLY.
No dogs, strollers, bikes, rollerblades or anything else that the race directors perceive as a course interference or a safety hazard.
Any participants seen on course with any of the above will be disqualified and removed from the race.

Minor Participants:

Several of our races have age restrictions. Please review the registration page of each race for specific information related to minors.

Leave no trace:

You are responsible for anything you bring out on the course or trails.
Absolutely NO littering is allowed at any of our races.
Pack it in, pack it out.

Going cupless:

We are actively moving toward "cupless" events and races.
Please bring your own hydration flasks and/or reusable cup(s).

Failure to comply with any policy or regulation above may result in an automatic DNF and/or removal from the event at the discretion of the race directors. Race directors also reserve the right to turn away any participant who does not check in on time or attend any mandatory race meeting.
